How do I make a purchase?

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. All prices are inclusive of VAT. We will acknowledge that your order has been received by email with an estimated shipping date. We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to post.

How will you send my purchase?

As part of the purchase process we will add the cost of Recorded Signed for First Class postage to ensure the safe and speedy delivery of your item. Please note that the cost of postage is our best estimate based on the current postal rates as shown on the Royal Mail website www.royalmail.com.

We aim to ship your item within 24 hours of receipt of your order or earlier if possible.

Do you ship garments outside of the UK?

We are more than happy to ship a garment anywhere in the world. Please contact us for a revised postal cost which we will base on Royal Mail's International Signed For Small Packet rate with a £500 maximum compensation cover for loss/damage.

How do I know if a garment will fit me?

The standard marked garment size on the garment is a good place to start but it can be wildly inaccurate as we all know!

Make a note of the actual garment measurements of the item you are interested in and compare them to a similar garment from your wardrobe that you know fits. This will give you a very good indication of the way your intended purchase will fit compared to your own garment.

What can I do if I receive an item I'm not happy with or it doesn't arrive?

You have seven days from item despatch to receive the item and confirm that it is as advertised. This gives you sufficient time to have received the item, opened and checked that you are happy that it complies with the item description as advertised.

If that is not the case or you haven't received the item within that time frame please contact us immediately by phone and/or email and we will put procedures in place to resolve the matter.

Once we have a chance to discuss the situation with you by phone and agreed there is a problem we will request that you return the item to us just as you received it.

If your complaint is found to be supported you will receive a full refund including the cost of postage so you will not be out of pocket.

We do our very best to ensure that the description and the pictures of the item are representative of the item. We can only process refunds on the basis that the item clearly does not match the description. We regret that the fact that you have changed your mind or it doesn't go with something else you had in mind isn't a basis for a refund. As we are acting on behalf of consignors we feel that this is the fairest arrangement for both the buyer and the seller.
